  • What do I do if I have not received my order?
    If your order was despatched via Royal Mail, we advise you to first check with your local delivery office, even if you have not received a "while you were out card". In our experience, the majority of parcels not received are normally waiting there for collection. If your order was despatched via courier, the tracking information should provide the necessary information. In the event of lost parcels, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days after which we will despatch your order again if not received. Please contact for further assistance.
  • Can you deliver outside of the UK?
    Yes. We can send your order to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Just email with your requirements and we will let you know how much it will cost.
  • How will I know when my order has been despatched?
    Once your order has been despatched, we will send you a despatch confirmation email to let you know that it's on its way and when to anticipate its arrival. Please check your spam/ junk mail folder if you believe you haven't received this email
  • I need my gift tomorrow, can you help?
    As long as you order before 2pm and choose Next Day delivery. If you are ordering on a Friday please note that your package is not guaranted to arrive until Monday. (This excludes personalised gifts).
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If your order has not been despatched then you can cancel it. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced on them. Please email or telephone 0777 232 9391 for further assistance
  • How do I place an order?
    Placing an order with us is simple. Once you have found a gift you want to buy simply: Click on "Add to Basket" and your chosen product will be added to your basket. Continue adding items until you are ready to pay When you are ready to pay, click on the "check out" button Click on "Choose delivery" to choose your delivery service preference If you are happy with all the details click on "Go Checkout" You will then see a summary of your order information. If this is all correct click on "checkout" to pay by a credit or debit card, "Apple Pay" to pay via your apple pay app, "Manual" to pay in person using cash or via our sumup machine or "paypal" to pay via paypal Enter your delivery details, contact details, card details and submit your payment Once you have finished you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Please check this to ensure all details, including the delivery address are correct
  • When will my card be debited?
    Your card is debited once your order is accepted
  • Can I change my order?
    You can change your order as long as it has not been despatched. Please act quickly, as orders are despatched promptly. Contact us at or call 0777 232 9391
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Credit and Debit Cards You can buy your gifts at using your credit or debit card Accepted Cards You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch, Solo, Maestro (where you can pay via 3-D Secure/ Verified by Visa), Electron or Delta PayPal You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order. We are fully integrated with PayPal Express Checkout. Please be sure to enter the address you want your order shipped to (not the payment address) when paying this way. Apple Pay You can use your apple pay app to pay for your order Manually You can choose to pay on collection (you must choose local delivery or collect) and can use our sumup machine to pay by card, pay in cash or if you would like to pay via BACS, send us a message and we can arrange this for you.
  • How do I use a discount coupon?
    At checkout enter the coupon code in the coupon box and click redeem. Your coupon should then show in your basket
  • How do I redeem a gift card?
    To redeem the card, the recipient chooses which items they want to purchase in the usual way. During payment, select the Redeem a gift card option and enter your unique gift card code.
  • I've lost my gift card code, can you resend it to me?
    If you or the gift card recipient has accidently deleted the gift card code or it didn't arrive, email sarah@hettiescraftycreations,.com and we can easily resend it.

Our Policies

If our customers aren’t happy, then we’re not happy! To make sure our customers always have a positive Hettie's Crafty Creations experience, we’ve designed a generous, fair and transparent store policy. Acceptance of an Order

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.


Please note that by commissioning a piece you are entering into a contract and payment will be due on completion. A deposit may be requested, especially for multiple orders and personalised items.

A photo or drawing will be shown to you on completion, once payment has been made securely, your commissioned piece will be posted.

If full payment has not been received within 28 days it will be presumed that you do not wish to proceed with the purchase, in this instance the piece will then be placed on open sale to the public.


You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned, and at the time, relevant delivery option(s). Hettie's Crafty Creations assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.

Where appropriate, we will send you details of your parcel so you can track its progress

Cancelling An Order

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.

Damage in Transit

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit please send a photo of the damaged item immediately. Return the piece to me and I will make arrangements to replace your work.

Returns Policy

Hettie's Crafty Creations  accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.

No products may be returned to Hettie's Crafty Creations without the prior written consent of Hetties Crafty Creations and are subject to a return charge.

I will retain full copyright on all work that I produce, I have the sole right to sell and have my work reproduced. When a piece of work is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it on my website and on my social media pages. Clients who would like the commission to be kept a secret for a special occasion must inform me at the time the order is placed. I am happy for my customers to use the image of their purchased work for any non-commercial purpose. Once you’ve paid for your piece(s) you are welcome to display it on social media.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for as long as necessary to carry out our services to you or for as long as we are required by relevant laws. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.
